Concours Sunday FAQ
TICKETS & ADMISSION
I just placed my order. When will I get my tickets?
Tickets, which are digital this year, will be emailed beginning in mid-July, about four weeks prior to the Concours. You can print your ticket or save it to your phone so it is ready to be scanned as you enter the Concours. If you opted to have your parking pass held at Will Call, please visit the Will Call Schedule. Will Call pick-up will be located a Concours Village at Pebble Beach.
Do I need an ID to pick up my parking pass held at Will Call?
Yes, you will need to provide identification to pick up your VIP Parking Pass. A valid driver’s license, passport photo, or any form of government-issued identification with photo ID is acceptable.
What is the admission process?
When you first arrive at the gate, your digital ticket will be scanned, and a wristband will be placed on your wrist. As you approach the main entry onto the show field, security will check for your wristband. This wristband must be worn at all times. Once the wristband is placed on your wrist, your digital ticket will be voided and will not be valid to be scanned again.
When does the field open?
Officially the field opens to viewers at 10:30 am. Dawn patrol viewers will be allowed onto the show field NO earlier than 5:30 am.
Will I need to pay the Pebble Beach gate entrance fee?
No, event tickets include free parking and shuttle services from within Pebble Beach to the show field. For added convenience, shuttles will be equipped with greeters to help you to your final destination.
Do I need to purchase tickets for my children?
General Admission tickets do not need to be purchased for children under the age of 12 if they are accompanied by a paying adult. Children 12 years old and over do need a ticket to get into the event.
Can my ticket be refunded or transferred to others?
All sales are final. Our tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable. Click here to view our full Refund and Return Policy
Is my ticket tax deductible?
No, the costs related to hosting this event far exceed the money received through ticket sales. Thankfully, through the support of many of our participants as well as our sponsors, we are able to not only fund this automotive celebration but donate a substantial amount to people in need.
DRIVING/ PARKING/ SHUTTLE QUESTIONS
Do you have driving directions you can provide?
We've compiled Driving Directions to help guide you here.
Is there an event map of the Pebble Beach Concours?
Yes, click HERE to see maps for the Pebble Beach Concours, Tour d'Elegance, RetroAuto and Classic Car Forum. Check back as these will be updated as we get closer to the event.
Where are shuttle pickup locations?
There are not specified shuttle locations when you arrive at the Concours. Upon entering 17-Mile Drive you will be directed to a parking spot along the road and trailing shuttles will pick you up wherever you are told to park. It is important that you follow the traffic instructors’ parking directions as the shuttle buses have a specific route that they must follow.
Should I take a taxi or Uber?
Taxis are rare and limited on Sunday, but a few are available at The Lodge at Pebble Beach. Ubers may be difficult to reach due to spotty cell service on the peninsula.
Is parking available for people who are physically challenged?
Special parking and shuttle services are available to those who are physically challenged. People with a state-issued special parking placard will be directed to convenient parking areas and provided with complimentary shuttle service to the show field.
Do I need a parking pass on Concours Sunday?
General Admission tickets include free parking in Pebble Beach.

What is the policy for golf carts?
