Moderator Craig Jackson grew up in the family business, Barrett-Jackson Auction Company, where he developed the expertise that has helped propel Barrett-Jackson’s evolution into the world’s leading collector car auctions and automotive lifestyle events. In 1971, his father Russ, and business partner Tom Barrett founded Barrett-Jackson, which included an automotive repair shop. Craig assumed the leadership position in 1995. During his tenure, he has taken the original Barrett-Jackson Collector Car Auction in Scottsdale to other popular destinations across the United States. He is responsible for managing all aspects of the company's multimedia empire.
In Craig's time as CEO, Barrett-Jackson events have been covered by notable broadcast and media outlets, such as Discovery Channel, Forbes, CNN, The Wall Street Journal, Motor Trend and Autoweek. Jackson’s strong commitment to philanthropy has resulted in raising nearly $115 million since Barrett-Jackson’s first car auction.
